Pinocchio is a puppet with a long nose who wants to be a real boy. From the start, he is always upto mischief-just like a real boy-and gets himself and Geppetto, his creator, into a lot of trouble. Refusing to listen to the advice of Geppetto, he soon discovers that when he tells lies, his nose grows even longer. After a number of unfortunate adventures, and with the help of the Turquoise Fairy, he learns to be good and wakes up one morning as a real boy to live happily ever after with his 'dather' Geppetto.
